Mark Goodman | Founding Partner & CEO

Mark is a results-driven executive with experience in global brand development including building operations within the consumer-driven industries of retail and food.

Mark has held significant leadership positions at Fortune 50 companies. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Walmart/Sam's Club and in that role was responsible for the company's consumer and grocery operations. Mark was also Corporate Vice President and Head of U.S. Strategy for McDonald's.  There, he led significant growth initiatives, including the company's coffee program and relaunch of the Happy Meal. His other roles have included strategic engagements involving brand turnarounds and operational initiatives.

Mark serves on several boards, including Pinnacol Assurance Insurance Company, Bellco Credit Union and Tufts University.

He holds a Master of Arts from Tufts University and a Bachelor's in Philosophy from the College of Wooster.

Bobbi (Babitz) Armstrong | Founding Partner

Bobbi brings over twenty-five years of private equity, M&A and c-level operational experience to Centrum Cibus Partners. Over the course of her career, she has executed more than 100 transactions, both as principal investor and investment banker, in a wide range of industries with an emphasis on consumer, technology, business services, and healthcare. Prior to co-founding Centrum Cibus with her 4 extraordinary partners, Bobbi co-founded and co-led Britehorn Partners and Britehorn Securities, a leading middle-market investment bank and broker dealer. Prior to Britehorn, Bobbi was a founding partner of Blue Ox Partners, a business services and healthcare focused private equity group. Before Blue Ox, Bobbi served as a principal of middle market private equity firm Mercantile Capital Group.

Bobbi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sarah Lawrence College. She serves on the executive committee of the board of directors, as Treasurer, for the Director’s Invitational Ski Classic – the oldest on slope event benefiting the U.S. Ski and Snowboarding teams (USSA).

Warren Olsen | Founding Partner & Chairman

Warren has more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and principal investing.

He is a founder of SCB Global Capital Management, a private investment partnership based in Denver.  He is also a partner in SCB Global Java Holdings, which owns several premium coffee-related businesses.

Prior to SCB Global, Warren co-founded First Western Financial, a private bank and wealth management firm, and served as Vice Chairman and Chief Investment Officer.

Warren is a director of Brightwood Capital Advisors, a New York-based private equity firm, a member of the Board of Managers for Aetos Funds, a member of the Denver Zoological Trust investment committee and a member of the Board of Directors for the Taiwan Fund.

Warren holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a JD, summa cum laude, from The Villanova University School of Law.  He is also a former securities attorney and CPA.

Russ Matthews | Founding Partner

Russ has over 20 years of management, operational and business development experience.

He is a founder of SCB Global Capital Management, a private investment partnership based in Denver. He is also a partner in SCB Global Java Holdings, which owns several premium coffee-related businesses.

Prior to SCB Global, Russ was based in Los Angeles, where he served as Regional Director at Central Park Group, an alternative investment manager. Previously,  Russ led an M&A team at First Western Financial, a private bank, and served as President of one of the acquired firms. Earlier, he held senior positions at Oppenheimer and Bear Stearns.

Russ is on the board of the Front Rangers Cycling Club, a non-profit that mentors at-risk urban youth using bicycling and activities as the vehicle to affect positive change.

Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
